Walk Away Troubles and Pains

Ah the tree survives and so do we
In the southwest where the climate can be VERY dry, the fact that the tree survived becomes a wondrous act of life. The tree shown was only a few years old, and may have enjoyed a little extra water.
The last few days we have been blessed with rains. Leaves and everything are rapidly growing. Life seems to be fourishng. However in the economic sector the opposite continues to happen.
More and more people are being laid off. Jobs are slow in forthcoming. Stress increases. One’e life can change dramactically with two or three word: you’re fired! or you’re laid off!
Even if you still have your job, insecurity can increase as you see fellow workers walk away. Once of the best ways to deal with such flux is to start a walking program. Even if you walk only 10 minutes a day you can build up benefits.
First you oxengeate your whole body, especially your brain. If you walk outside , observing nature renews your spirits, and you can release some stress. Endorphins work. Often a new perspective is born. You are better prepared to compplete your work, and be nicer to the family when you arrive home.
A walk with the family after dinner also can bring joy and unity helping each face another day! More on walking later!
