(Spell) check yourself

We all have pet words that we can’t spell correctly for the life of us. Please find below words that I seen spelled incorrectly by friends and words that I regularly misspell. I challenge you to select the correct spelling of each of the words below (no cheating!). Please leave your answers in the comments:

    LOL, I accept your challenge - correct spellings I think are:
    1) definitely 2) calendar 3) separate
    4) fuschia 5) maintenance 6) receive
    7) jewellery (think this is one of those US vs UK spellings though)
    8) restaurant 9) committee 10) different.

    I can’t play, my Firefox browswer has an automatic spellcheck as you type :(

    calender or calendar (note: both these are correct spellings for different things, thanks Firefox!)

    I should have specified that I meant the thing that we use to keep track of what day it is :)
