New Horizons: Change can prove challenging

I’ve decoded to begin looking for a new job. I’d love to work entirely for myself, however, for now I’d like a change and the security of at least one regular paycheck.
Problem is I hate looking for new jobs. What is my next best move? What do I really want, and to write another resume? IF however I want any real chance of making this change, I do have to go through the steps.
In the meantime, other simpler aspects of my living keep getting more complicated. I mean everything does not have to break down at once. Especially with cash flow changes. My moods seem equally volitile. I can only take so much stress at once or can !?
If you are in similiar whirlpools, where you might not even be reacting as you normally do, remember there are several million people also going through similiar stuff. I keep meeting people who make my concerns seem minimumal compared to mine. Also there are some tips coming up.
Create a few destress tanks. Make a list of ten things you can do to relax. Schedule 1-2 a day.
Turn down the crisis knob frequently. Soon these troubles will lessen. Or is there really anything you can do today about it? If the answer is no, relax. Take care of yourself today.
Keep in touch with your support groups. Life is much easier with friends.
Play. Pray. Wire in your journal. Tomorrow create my resume is on my list.
