Now the tempo here will change dramaicatly from day to day. So I hope you come back often to test the waters.
5 tips for today:
1) Upon awakening smile, and when you get up do a stretch. Cats stay flexible most of their lives because they stretch a lot.
2) At least once a day write down 2 or 3 thoughts. No judgement, just write. Expression frees and opens the mind.
3) If you took the time to come here, leave your url.
4) Praise spirit.
5) Have you started your gratitude journal yet?
Life has terrific tempos. Your tempo may be adjusted any time you want if you pay attention. However, in all that you do, be you, and celebrate your living. If you have wonder to share do it. If you are stuck in low times, depression, grief, or the tolls of the world upon you. Experience your feelings, bless them, and let them fly away as clouds blown easily away. Notice 10 beautiful things that surround you. Sunlight upon your face, the grimmace on a child’s face, the mud. Start noticing beauty in all, for these are our relatives, and we are here on earth with opportunity to remember and honor our connections. Have a great journey.
