Mama said, “There’d be days like this…”

Yes give peace a chance photo by Mary MacIntyre
Yes, give peace a chance. Inner peace. If I kept a scorecard today the positive aspect of the day would outway the downsides. I certainly had both. So i should focus on my blessings. growl!
Ever have those votatile days? Read an article about reducing stress and it reminds us that: sleep, nutrition, and exercise are the keys. I really need the sleep. Long day to day and longer day tomorrow. I need to sleep well tonight. I coud fall asleep right now but then I would be up at 3 AM.
Ok, the tips are: Accept your feelings. even on those interruptions. If you are angry, don’t go blaming everyone else. Accept your anger and breathe some. Take resonsibility for how you feel.
If possible take a break. Breathe more. Create strategies later. If at work, can you focus again on the tak at hand?
Do note the good things happening. These days are tempoary. A week from now the irritants may seem tiny. Or you may congratulate yourself for the professional way you h’t smash my finicky computer.andled yourself. (I didn’t smash my finicky computer.)
What can you learn fom days llike these?
eat right. Enjoy your food. abd sweet dreams!
