Keep dark coloured clothing from fading

Today’s teeny tiny tip:
To set black coloured clothing and slow down the fading, wash it with 1/2 cup of salt or vinegar.

This also goes for washing something for the first time that’s red or where the color will bleed/run. The salt helps lock in the color so you dont end up with pink clothes (wash separately of course).
