As I was visiting Twitter.com, I was reminded about the blogradio site listed above. This is a great resource, and maybe someday I’ll even create a blog. Click the link, and peruse the topics, as you almost surely will find a topic that would interest you.
So today’s brief topic will be an intro to a good night’s sleep. On and off over the years I have experienced anything from disrupted sleep to outright insomnia. I simply accepted this as my normal state of being until a few years ago. I had lots oways to compensate.
Then while working at a healthfood store, I discovered powdered magnesium. Short story, for many people, it is an inexpensive way to get great sleep. (It works better than pills, helps over 350 functions in the body, and as I said works.)
I love products that work on more than one issue. So on and off I have used this product. I even discovered that I could go long times off and still sleep. Until recently. Bodies and stress can change.
My D.O.M. Daniel Cobb, went to work on this new dilema. There are millions of people who share such distress. He decided to experiment with with Magnesium oil. If the body is for whatever reason, not effectively absorbing magnesium, this solution can be applied topically. Presto! This works too.
However, some people like me, have really sensitive skin, and after awhile, some people may have a mild reaction. So Dr Daniel Cobb did more research. Although, I have not tried it yet, applying a little caster oil topically also seems to work.
So here are three ways to try for a good night’s sleep.
What are the benefits to you?
-improved skin
-more energy
-clearer thinking
-assists heart health
-improves mood. You can keep adding to the list.
