Imagine meeting with other people who you belive are great mentors. Me? I am chicken, as I don’t want to share my excuses right now. I am sharing this note because I am passionate about health. If I can find great information for you about health, especially good resources, then I will pass them along. (If you haven’t already, Kevin has a free book on his regular site too.)

Today I’m going to share some secrets I learned from one of my
mentors–so hold on tight. :-)

A while back I was in Apsen, Colorado eating lunch with Bob Proctor
(from The Secret), David Wolfe (a top cutting edge nutritionist)
and a few friends.

I have to admit, it was more than surreal. But that’s not why I’m
writing.

What I want to do in this email is give you a gift and share the
information that I took from that incredible hour and a half.

gleaned from the experience and how you can use it for massive

Bob Proctor Lesson #5: There are no limits. We told Bob some of
our goals and he flat out called us out on them. It was pretty
intense. He asked “Why?” sternly and then told us to reach
further, because what we can comprehend only leads to mediocre
results. Our comprehension is based on our vibration right now and
generally that’s NOT where we want to be. We shifted in our seats
and the room got a little hotter. (I’m still chewing on this one!)
Imagine if you could reach a level of health and fitness that was
beyond possibility. You can. You just need to create it.

Bob Proctor Lesson #4: Know what you want. Bob told us to not
only know what we want right now, but know what we want after that.
Be specific and that thing will come–but only if you can feel it
deep inside. If you want incredible health, know what it means to
you and feel it inside.

Bob Proctor Lesson #3: Find a mentor (or a few!). We were
enthralled as Bob recounted stories about working with Earl
Nightingale and Lloyd Conant. These success greats taught him all
he knew and then he went out and applied them for himself. Choose
your health and fitness teachers wisely and reach for the top.
Don’t listen when the fat guy tells you what you should eat. :-)

Bob Proctor Lesson #2: Know it will happen. One thing that has
been constant in Bob Proctor’s life is that he knew something big
would happen. When *The Secret* was released at the age of 72, he
was propelled from greatness to *legendary*. He knew it was going
to happen all along. If you know your health will be awesome, it
will.

Bob Proctor Lesson #1: Repetition creates vibration and vibration
creates results. Bob told us that he read the same book over and
over again for 3 years. Yes, three years! He wanted to make sure
that he *got* and applied everything to get the results that he
