Alligator WInter Skin? Or just thinking healthy skin?

Moisturize!
Many men and women worry about their skin, and buy thousands of dollars of products to stay young and beautiful! Much of what people wear actually is toxic for both your skin and internal organs. I just read an article by Erica Louis from South Boulder (CO) about skin.
She a Professional: her article: http://image.pharmaca-wellmail.com/lib/feef1c75736203/m/1/Top+5+Tips4Youthful+Skin.pdf Do read and compare.
She doesn’t speak to whose ageing skin. Are we talking 28-34 yr olds?
Ladies or men in their 50’s,60’s 70’s? Or what type of skin that they have. If you are interested in learning natural ways to care for your skin, then do consult pro’s, especially affordable ones in health food stores. Only then, you may get enough information to really help. You also might choose to consult a professional w/a private practise where they can spend more time with you.
I am NOT a professional but have attended many trainings by professional and read a lot. SO here are my thoughts and think about them.
1) DO your research. Learn which ingredients that you are willing to include in a regimen. WHat is in those creams does go into your skin and into your blood.
2) Do not exfoliate often. Masks can be slightly safer. You have a sub layer to your skin that is made mostly of fat cells. This layer is an essential part of your immune defense system. When you exfoliate, you remove and expose a lot of these cells! Wash your face with warm water. Pat dry. Try a mask that you can use for a few up to 15 minutes. I enjoy adding Green Magma (dried barley leaves powder) to Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay. While the clay sucks out toxins, the barley seems to soak in and feeds the skin. Wash face clean. Add Weleda oils a few hours later. They also replenish the oils and feed the skin. DO this once or twice a month. As my skin is super fragile and sensitive I may do this once every 2-3 months.
3)Eat good food. Place with blended veggies and fruits as masks. Carrots, cucumbers, parlsey, as examples. Optional add healthy oils: jojoba, coconut, shea butter, olive oil. I go to one spa that has cucumber water for hydration. Yummy.
4) Biosil or horsetail horsetail are inexpensive ways to stimulate collagen growth, and bone cell growth. Also good for joints.
5) Hydration. Berries? Water yes. Banannas. Reseach more. New Chapter Super omega7, and Weleda Sea Buckthorn Oil also are premium products.
I had more leeway than Ms Erica Louis did. Do read her article to comapre opions.
So go horseback riding? As I mentioned before, be gentle and do your research.
