June 23, 2009

Mary, here is your latest copy of the

(R)evolutionScape Bulletin

7. Being: First Cause, the beginning
Being is state, such as being happy. You cannot explain state, nor can you do a state. You can only be a state. You cannot do happiness; you can only be happiness or be happy. Creation works as follows: being causes thinking, which causes speaking, which causes doing, which puts in place the system to receive and experience what you created in your being and thinking. Being is the First Cause.

Being is what causes thinking. So, when you are happy, you will think happy thoughts. Thoughts spring from being. In other words, thoughts are sponsored by being. In fact, nothing happens without being. As you will see in later chapters, even conditions occur because of a state of being, and not the other way around as most people think they do. Happy conditions do not make you happy. It is being happy that causes happy conditions. Unhappy conditions only show up to prove your pre-existing state of unhappiness. By the time you finish reading the chapters on Cause and Effect and on Conditionality, you will clearly see how this is so.

The first step to experiencing massive wealth is being wealthy. Being wealthy is an internal state. It has nothing to do with the outside world. The internal state of wealth is a decision you make right now and you become it, right now. You need nothing outside of yourself to make this decision. Once you make this decision to be wealthy, you become wealthy. It is hard to speak of this because you can only be a state (you cannot do a state nor speak a state). We shall now try to speak of this state, and when you finish this chapter, you will clearly see how being works and how you can be wealthy right now.

Be wealth, Now, Here, just like that…

Be Wealth. Do not try to get wealth. Be Wealth. To help you understand that, consider happiness. Do not try to get happiness, Be Happy. See? You can either try to do things that make you happy, or you can instantly decide to be happy, just make a decision. You have done this before sometime in your life. Everyone has at one time or another said ‘you know what, I am not going to let this bother me. I am going to be happy and stop worrying about this.’ Which is easier? Trying to do things to be something, or being that something instantly and letting that state of being allow you to do things consistent with it? Of course it is easier to be happy instead trying to get happy. And this is the same with wealth. Be Wealth. And everything else will follow automatically, as long as you are always, at all moments, Being Wealth. Just Be It.

- I AM WEALTH. I AM ABUNDANCE. I AM JOY -

As you will see throughout this book and in the chapter on Quantum Physics, all that can possibly exist exists in the eternal moment of Now, Here. Even the version of you that is wealthy and experiencing wealth already exists - if you are not experiencing wealth right now, you are just not conscious or awake to it. When you choose to be a certain state right now, here, you activate the fastest forces of creation. What happens then is that you immediately move your consciousness to that other you (in this case the wealthy you). Being is the fastest way to create things, because it causes an instant shift. Material manifestation follows instantly to the degree that you have become that state without doubt. Again, to the degree that you have become that state without doubt, your reality will quickly shift to reflect it. As impossible as this may sound now, it will all make sense when you consider the real workings of this universe, especially after reading the Quantum Physics and Conditionality chapters.

- I AM WEALTH. I AM ABUNDANCE. I AM JOY -

Think Like Superman from Dan Robey

Summer is in the air! Play some. Photo by Mary MacIntyre

Here’s another fun article from Dan Robey. Women think for yourself and think lie SUPER woman. http://www.thepowerofpositivehabits.com/ebook/e-book2-bonus-h.htm This ink should bring you to a subscribers page. There’s a lot more information and links in his newsletter. I found this email fun….read on.
Dear Mary,

Welcome to the second in a series of
Positive Habits Lessons.

Today’s positive habit:
‘Think Like Superman!!’

The next positive habits you will receive in a few days is a
relationship habit for husbands. It will make
their wives happier then if they had just showered
them with roses. Don’t miss it! Put your friends and
loved ones on ‘Autopilot’…forward this email to
everyone on your list.

************************************************************

Today’s quote:

‘Cultivate only the habits that you are willing should
master you’ - Elbert Hubbard

************************************************************

Today’s positive habit:

Think like Superman…

I want you to make it a habit to think like Superman thinks.

Sound Crazy?

Sound a little nutty?

It’s powerful.

It’s based in quantum physics science.

It will change your life.

Read on…..

If there was any person real or fictional
whose qualities you could instantly possess
who would that person be?

I would like to put forth the proposition
that “Superman” would be the perfect person.

Now you are probably thinking I have lost it right?

Read on, I think you will like what you are about to hear.

Superman is a fictional Action comic book superhero
widely considered to be one of the most famous and popular
of such characters and an American cultural icon.

He is indestructible, the man of steel, he can stop
a freight train in its tracks….great powers to
have in this day and age, wouldn’t you say?

OK Dan, this is sounding crazier by the minute, how is it based
in science, and how can it change my life?

This is where it gets fun.

(For all my female subscribers don’t worry
we have not left you out. There is also a female version of Superman
named Supergirl she has the same powers that Superman has,
you will refer to her as you do this mental exercise.)

This is where you will learn about the scientific marvels
of the human body. (no pun intended)

First lets look at the qualities that Superman/Supergirl possess,
that you want to make yours. I will refer to Superman for the rest
of this article, just replace with Supergirl if you are of the
female gender.

1. Superman is powerful.

2. Superman is virtually indestructible

3. Superman can stop bullets.

4. Superman has supernatural powers.

5. Superman can stop a speeding freight train.

6. Superman jumps into immediate action when troubles arise.

OK, we know that Superman has incredible supernatural powers, how
can that help us?

What good will it do us to simply think we are Superman?

Here is where science comes in…..this is the part where you will
be AMAZED when you learn about the supernatural powers “YOU”
already possess!

Best-Selling author and M.D. Dr. Deepak Chopra tells us that our
brains make certain chemicals called Neuro Peptides. These are
literally the molecules of emotion. (Fear,Joy, Love, Etc.)

These molecules of emotion are not contained in your brain only,
they actually circulate throughout your entire body.

Your immune cells which are protecting you from diseases like
infection and cancer, and many other illnesses are also contained
throughout your body.

Deepak tells us that the amazing part about of these cells of
emotion and immune system support is that they are intelligent cells.

They are thinking cells!

He also tells us that these immune cells which are protecting you
from disease are constantly eavesdropping on the conversation
that you are having with yourself.

Your self-talk.

They listen in and adjust their behavior based
on what they hear from you….their master.

So imagine what would happen if you started to think like Superman.

Here are some of the thoughts you might have during the day:

” I am indestructable”

” The challenges I face day to day are easily overcome, after all I
am Superman/Supergirl”

” I have supernatural powers.”

” I have incredible strength.”

“Nothing can stop me…..nothing.”

The billions of thinking cells in your body listen.

Their mission is to complete the picture of “you” they
see when they hear “your” self talk.

They must obey.

Since you are Superman you cannot get sick. Your immune system cells
are now fortifying themselves to make sure of that.

They are making you stronger everyday!

You have the ability to fight off all attacks, physical, disease,
illness….after all you are Superman.

Superman is confident, your cells of emotion relating to confidence
will now create more Neuro Peptide chemicals that promote feelings
of power.

Superman is fearless, your cells of the emotion relating to fear will
now create more Nuro Peptide chemicals that promote feelings of
well being.

A feeling that you fear nothing.

Go for it!

Here are some excellent tools that will help you
become a Superhero, remember to always invest
in yourself FIRST:

Today I want to introduce you to a new product that is changing the
lives of 1,000’s of people around the world.

New media artist and VJ, Peter Rand, will be showing recent sound films and performing live with special guest Paul Rudy on June 26th at the June installment of Manipulated Image at the Complex. Additionally, we will screen Dennis H. Miller’s fascinating abstract animations with his musical compositions, and New York artist, Donald O’Finn’s “feverishly edited encyclopedically strange video collages”.

Peter Rand’s obsession with film and video began with a super-8 camera, a cassette four-track, and a movie about washing dishes. After completing countless short videos, documentaries, and media presentations, he got his hands on a video mixer and a set of projectors and started VJing in and around Washington state. Now, a professional VJ and New Mexico resident, Peter focuses on bringing a poignant narrative to his work in new media. He teaches art to underserved populations in and around Albuquerque and is in the process of completing a collection of sound films.

Paul Rudy joins Rand from his position at the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He is a life-long student whose music encompasses the desert, the kitchen, inside, and outback, to chamber and orchestral. A fascination with sound has led from instrumental works to radio programs in London and Aspen Colorado, to interactive, installation, and cinematic works, with, and without visuals. Rudy has received awards from the Guggenheim (2008), Fulbright (1997) and Wurlitzer Foundations, Sounds Electric ‘07 Competition (1st Prize), Bourges Electroacoustic Music Competition (including a 2008 commission), EMS (Sweden 1st Prize), Citta di Udine (Prize ex aequo), SEAMUS, Meet the Composer, the American Composer’s Forum, SCI, National Music Teacher’s Association and the Missouri Music Teacher’s Association. He also has an avid interest in bicycling, hiking, camping, and mountaineering. In 1994 he completed the Colorado Grand Slam after climbing all 54 of Colorado’s 14,000 ft peaks. Rudy’s Healing Journey CD’s In lake’ch, Kuxan suum and Zuvuya are available on iTunes.

Find Compassion here....

Find Compassion here....

Often, in our daily lives, we gloss over the special aspects of family, friends, and co-workers. We make assumptions about these people and may even fall in the habit of stuffing them into little old boxes for which suffocate their power and uniqueness. Worse in our hectic rush, we might even do the same thing to ourselves.

I hope you have watched the above video. If you haven’t please do now. A teacher can have an incredible impact on a student. We also can have an impact on each other. Here’s where our constant witnessing the good in our close ones becomes so important. Your daughter is not who she was last week, or two years ago. She constantly is evolvong and needs your love and encouragement. Sometimes she will also desire independence. She needs to grow strong wings to venture forth in the world.

Your mate may be harder to discern. Acknowledge his or hers strengths. Welcome genrousity, and plant seeds of deeper loving. Ifyou choose to remain and live with one another, create pathways to celebrate your living: everyday. None of seem perfect, and compassion and awareness are gifts we have always to honor and share.

Feel free to share my blogs with others, and please give credit to me and the blog where you find them. I hope these tips will in some way enrich your life. Mary

Chapter Two

The Ancient Light Within

Among the different people I’d met years ago was
a man whose name was Gideon. Today, as I sat
quietly on the porch gazing at the trees in the backyard, he
came to my mind once more. Gideon was a very special
person, indeed. I first met him in a parking lot not far from
the Big City where I used to live. Together we shared some
special adventures and through him I was introduced to
some of the most exhilarating experiences of my life.

15

John Harricharan

I had often wondered what became of him. Through
the traumatic and trying times of the recent past, I always
hoped he would appear again, sharing more secrets of
the universe, as he had done long ago. Both he and his
colleague, Marla, had been a comfort during my times of
financial difficulties, but it had been a long time since I’d
seen either one. The last time we met was somewhat like
a dream where Gideon, Marla and I attended a party with
some noted guests.

Time and distance take their toll on memory. I could
vaguely recall mingling with the guests, all the while listening
to their ideas about life on Earth, God, the Universe
and individual purpose. But that was a long time
ago, and so many changes had occurred in my life since
then. No longer did I share the company of my wife of
many years. My children were growing up, and it seemed
that Gideon and Marla dwelled in another time and space
far, far away. Yet, there was a part of me that knew I would
meet them again one day.

Days dragged slowly into weeks, and weeks into
months. The emptiness that enveloped my life seemed to
precipitate inertia. My only desire was to do nothing but

16

Morning Has Been All Night Coming

sit and stare blankly. There are many things we know
intellectually but do not believe in our hearts. What would
it be like, I wondered, if Mardai appeared to me and told
me how she was and what she was doing?

Hopefully this opens your curiousity door…

I recently “met” Dan Robey via an email and then twitter. I have to download some free ebooks and check them out. However these ideas are great reminders about what people can do.

Can you find, copy and paste the important urls? I am really curious about the next group of stories he will send.

Also remember it is summer, and when you exercise don’t overdo, especially if you are outside. Overheating can reduce our healthy benefits. Read on and enjoy.

Don’t Rust like the Tin Man…

by Dan Robey

Think about your heart for a moment.

It is an incredible, amazing, pump,
that pushes blood though your entire
body every second, minute and hour
of the day.

When you are at rest you have a resting heart rate.

When you run, walk fast, or do any cardio type
exercise your heart pumps faster.

What does that increased heart rate do to your
body?

Well for one thing, it brings more oxygen to your
cells and tissues…oxygen supplies energy.
Oxygen is also vital to maintaining healthy joints and the
health of trillions of cells of your body.

Think of your body as a car. If you let your car sit in a garage
for months and started it every once in a while, it would
start to rust and wear out for lack of use.

Oxidation will set in and your cars radiator hoses will become
brittle.

Why?

Because no water has been flowing through them
at a steady rate of speed. Your tires will also go bad quickly
because they have not moved…your tires will oxidize and
become brittle.

We do not want that to happen to us.

We don’t want to rust like the Tin Man in the Wizard
of Oz.

So how can we prevent that?

We must move, and move often.

We must increase our heart rate through walking,
or running, or cardio exercise.

Don’t rust like the car.

Move, and move often.

Because it makes you stronger.

Because it will fill you with energy.

Beacuse it is a better, healthier lifestyle than
sitting.

Take long walks.

Do jumping jacks.

Rent an exercise video and do aerobics
while watching it.

Join a gym.

No excuses!

Just Do It!

If you have set a goal to get into great shape this year
then you need the most powerful tools available
to help you get there.

Remember to invest in yourself so that you will be
a better YOU, for the people that need YOU, for the people
that love YOU.

Here are just a few:

**

One great tool is your local gym, another
incredibly powerful tool is an amazing ebook called
“Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” by Tom Venuto.
(The #1 Best-Selling Fitness e-book in the world!)

This is not just any ordinary fitness e-book, a better
name for it would be “A Health & Fitness Bible.”
This book contains over 330 pages of powerful information
written by one of America’s Top Fat Loss and Fitness experts.
This information will absolutely transform your life!
It is also the perfect complement to “The Power of Positive Habits.”

It will show you how to move and increase your heart rate.

If you’re trying to lose fat and get in great shape, you MUST
check this out !

***** Amazing Health Success Stories ******

Several people have heard my testimonial regarding OPC3 and asked
that I given them a written version. I am pleased to comply.
I have had very high blood pressure most of my adult life. I
suppose this was a result of the self-imposed
high-pressure life style I had chosen–College Professor & Vice
President, Thoroughbred Breeder/Trainer,
Politician who worked in many national campaigns and once ran for
Congress. I was prone to excess in many areas.

The costs to my health were significant. With a constant blood
pressure reading, which climbed to 180/160, my
heart became enlarged. Eight years ago I began experiencing
congestive heart failure. I was unable to sleep
lying down. My lungs filled up with fluid and I could not breathe.

So I slept sitting up. Finally my doctors put
me on the heart replacement list. I thought this was the end. I was
taking 7 or 8 heart and blood pressure
medications. They finally got it down to 140/110 by putting me on
the medication they give shock victims in
emergency rooms. Still, this was not good enough, but it was good
enough to get me off the transplant list.

In late June of 1999 I started taking OPC3. I did not do this to
deal with high blood pressure and congestive
heart failure. I just thought it would improve my life some way. By
September, my BP had dropped to 120/90. This
is good, but not as good as it gets.

I go to my see my physician monthly. My blood pressure continued to
drop. I was elated and told my physician
about OPC3. He said he didn’t know anything about it, but to
continue to do whatever I was doing. I did.

By March 2000 my blood pressure was down to 104 over 74.
Unbeknownst to my doctor I had slowly weaned myself off
of his heart and blood pressure medications. When he saw this
reading, he suggested that we start going off of
the medications he had prescribed. I agreed, even though I did not
tell him I was already off them.

He sent me in for another echogram. The results were excellent!
Because my blood pressure stayed down, my heart
was showing signs of recovery. It was only slightly enlarged. My
ejection fraction was 60. This was astonishing
to my physician.

My last reading was May 4, 2000. It was 90/60. A stress test
followed. The results were excellent. I can exercise as much
as I want.

Whether you want to come for incredible big act festivals, or just for some of your favorite musicians, this is the place to visit for fun. ALso, as the economy is down a bit, you might also find some great rates for accommodations. Remember to ask for lower prices, sometimes you will get YES for an answer! See you here. Mary

Clothes for Kids and Fundraising

You'll Never Walk ALone

You'll Never Walk ALone

I woke up dreaming about the homeless. I often think about the millions of people out of work. About corporations cutting back instead of trying to save jobs. All those people in hard times.

Many of the people who are affected by this have kids. Many of the homeless are now elderly and children. Thus in my fantasy after wakling I thought how could we help out?

You have heard me talk about gratitude in several blogs before. I am incredibly grateful that I still have several “jobs”, health care, and good food. If you too share similar abundance, even if your income may be low, a great way to be open to more abundance is to find ways that fit for you to give back to your community.

Thus my pared down clothes for kids idea. Contact your church, club, co-workers, friends and have a clothes for kids party or giveawayor sale. Get lots of kids clothes donated. You could sell half and donate the money to a fav non-profit. The other half you could split giving some to one another for YOUR Collective kids, and the rest to homeless organizations for those kids. Make your own rules. Feel abundant. Every little bit can help.

Feel free to copy and share. Mary

Motivation, Exercise, and Ideas to use Elsewhere

See into the open skies, have visions grounded on earth

See into the open skies, have visions grounded on earth

A friend sent this note about motivation. I thought it pretty good. At the bottom I will add a few comments. What do you think? Please leave a comment. Also this article mentions exercise. Make a list of 5 other topics where you might apply this information/idea.

A lot of us wonder exactly how to motivate ourselves to exercise…
what is this special motivation thing you need to propel yourself
out of bed or out the door and straight to your workouts?

The motivation thing is different for all of us, so no one can
precisely answer that question. But what is known is that what
determines whether you get your workout done or not is your
attitude. It is our attitude that determines our level of fitness
and it is our attitude that will determine whether we want to sit
on the couch or get out to the gym for a workout.

The problem with motivation is that many of us believe it’s
something that will come to us if we wait long enough…that
someday we will wake up and finally want to exercise. Rather than
believe in that fantasy, maybe we would all be better off by
realizing that motivation is something we create for ourselves, not
something we wait for.

What motivates each of us changes from day to day - what got us
moving today may not do a darned thing tomorrow. That means digging
deep to find that thing - that thought, feeling, goal, reward, etc.
- that gets us moving. Your decision to exercise and be strong and
fit isn’t a decision you make once - it is one you make every
single day.

Make motivation easier for yourself by eliminating your excuses
before they happen.
First, identify the habits that are holding you back from
accomplishing your fitness goal. Habits, always come in predicable
patterns, so look for and identify them so you can create a
predictable pattern to overcome the negative old habits and create
new positive ones. So if you find that you are lapsing with your
exercise program, just ask yourself, ‘Is this going to get me the
results that I want?” or “Is this taking me closer toward my goal
Think about what could possibly derail you and plan a strategy to
stop it happening. The more we can counter these challenges the
better at it we will get at working around them.

Everybody gets them; nobody has it easy all of the time. This
whole motivation thing does get easier with practice. When you
exercise consistently, you gradually fill up your motivational
stores as you understand what makes you tick and what gets you
moving. The more you practice, the better you will get and you will
realize your actions are what generate that feeling you have been
searching for - motivation.

If you can make exercise a habit, you are that much closer to
making it easier to do. It helps to have a regular day and time you
workout so that, once that time comes, you know it’s time to get
yourself busy and get going.

Proper exercise is one of the most important things you can do in
your life for your own self care. It affects how you feel
physically, mentally and emotionally. It affects how you look, how
you function and contributes to your quality of life. It is never
too late to start and the sooner you start the sooner you will reap
the many benefits.

Yours in strength,
Carolyn

Often I think our lives are so busy and hectic that we have a hard time stuffing anything else into them. One way a friend and I keep our committment to swimming is to call it Physical Therapy. I also remind myself that by being her guest at the pool is a great practise to get a free facility. It has worked great for us.

Also by doing this activity together, we get to visit and socialize, and relax. The world is much brighter this way. I’ll add more ideas soon.

Instructions for Natural Dental Cleaning at home

Hey, I know you have it in you to succeed! Just keep the hay coming please...

Hey, I know you have it in you to succeed! Just keep the hay coming please...

Brush me….

I don’t have dental insurance. I don’t have a big budget for my teeth either. An acupuncture doctor friend Daniel Cobb, D.O.M., gave me this home remedy to remove plaque from teeth. Perhaps you could use it too.

Mary,

1. Buy a new soft-bristle toothbrush.
2. Get some frozen red raspberries in plastic bags. Select one bag.
3. Let the bag thaw (5 or 6 hours).
4. Poke a hole in the corner of the bag so that you can
drain the juice into a glass container while keeping the pulp in the bag.
5. Get some raspberry juice on the toothbrush
Force some of the bristles between the teeth and gums.
Remember to get both inside and outside the jaw, both upper and lowers.

One bag of raspberries may provide enough juice for 2 brushing sessions.

As long as you have significant plaque on the teeth, it’s the plaque that will be dissolved
and not the teeth, so in the beginning it’s ok to do this brushing 4 or 5 times/day
However, at some point you will notice that you teeth are feeling
“really clean”. This means that most of the plaque has been dissolved. At this point,
you need to slow down, because if you continue to use the raspberry juice agressively, it
will start to dissolve the teeth too.

There’s not a lot of danger here, because plaque is loosely thrown together, and teeth
are much harder and resistant to acid corrosion. You have a wide margin for error
when you are working with raspberry juice.

For the past couple of years, I have been brushing with raspberry juice one time every
1 or 2 weeks.

Create less turmoil by turning on faith

Ah the tree survives and so do we

Ah the tree survives and so do we

Blogging tonight. New keyboard for the laptop. My main computer seems to be having a few too many errors. Need someday to have it checked out. Ah I hear the welcomed rain arriving. I really appreciate this as since I have had a bit of a dental mishap and emotional drama surrounding it, I did not get the watering completed last night or tonight. Now the rains fall providing me a reprieve. Support comes in many forms, and I do have lots of support.
Tonight I will discuss exercising the faith muscles, and creative thinking. I woke up today after a really bad night of pain, having to decide to skip swimming. Soon after, I began worrying about work, pain, money: you can imagine the scenario as I thought more and more about what I had to do and what may come.
Then I thought, I have more options than I realized. I tried to think about more and more ways that I might resolve my dilemma. At this point although emotions still ran high and wild, I felt myself turning on some faith. I researched some, and although I did not find exactly what I wanted, I made progress. The more positive steps I took, the more options seemed to open.
As I may be unable to work for a few days, I got letters from my doctor. I have one more day to pull a few ideas together. After a nap, I managed to get some work done for one of my “gigs”. Some total I feel more peaceful and empowered. The crisis has shifted momentarily.
Every positive step I take I reaffirm my ability to resolve issues. I feel more confident. I relax a little. My faith in myself and spirit expands. I do not have to “know” my outcome. I can trust that I can gain strength and wellness one step at a time. Hmmm the rain stopped already. I guess watering the garden goes back on the list.
