10 Tips to change your LIFE: believe it or not

Very long day. Consequently, I am prematurely fatigued. However I want to get some stuff down.
How often do you pull important ideas from thin air? It’s a great exercise. Automatic writing helps. Start with a pen and paper. Write 10-20 questions. What and how do you want to change your life?
Then without thinking, start writing down your answers. The results may surpise you.
Now for 10 tips:
1) DO you want to change your life? IF no, then go outside and play. It’s good for the body and mind. List ideas that move beyond your ordinary mind chatter. These do not have to be monumental changes.
2) How do you feel about these possible changes? Are you willing to begin? When? Write answers to these questions.
3) Prioritize and budget.Which would be the easiest to accomplish, and which change would require the least amount of capital? Start with these a nd get a success/completion momentum going. This will also build confidence. Write thes ideas on 3X5 comment cards to review and update.
4) Make a list of recent successes. Are you on the path that will create peace and happiness. How are you doing about connectivity and friends? Family? What is most important to you now?
